It features fragrant, long-grained Basmati rice, grown in the foothills of Nepal, served with a large variety of vegetables, meats and other condiments. It is also one of the first restaurants in Singapore to offer the Himalayan dining experience and it has made it complete by setting the right ambience with the decor as well. Its chefts are so skillful that they are able to tailor the dishes palatte requirement: mild, modern or spicy.
